Terms of service

These terms govern use of Voiceflint, a platform for building and running AI voice agents. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

Service. Voiceflint provides a control plane, a runtime that connects speech-to-text, language, text-to-speech and speech-to-speech models from third-party providers, telephony connections, receipts and analytics. Provider models are supplied by their vendors under their own terms; Voiceflint does not train models on your calls.

Fees. Usage is billed per minute of conversation as shown on the pricing page and on every call receipt: a platform fee, provider list prices plus a 15% managed-key fee when Voiceflint's keys are used, and telephony. The first 500 minutes each month are free. Prepaid credit is non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are re-verified against vendor pages and may change with notice on the pricing page.

Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the content of your agents, for obtaining any consent the law requires from callers (including recording consent and prior express consent for outbound calls under the TCPA and comparable laws), for honouring do-not-call requests, and for the accuracy of any attestation you make in Settings. You must not use the service for emergency calls, for deception or impersonation, or in violation of applicable law.

Acceptable use. No spam, robocalling without consent, harassment, fraud, or content that is unlawful where the call takes place. Voiceflint may suspend workspaces that receive credible abuse complaints.

Availability. The service is provided on a best-effort basis while in beta. Provider outages are outside Voiceflint's control; receipts show which provider was used on each call.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Voiceflint's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. The service is provided as is, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

Termination. You may close a workspace at any time; data is deleted per the retention settings and the privacy policy. Voiceflint may terminate for breach with notice where practicable.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Voiceflint's operating entity is incorporated, to be stated here once formed.
